1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or enrolling in any training, course, program, workshop, or digital content (collectively referred to as βServicesβ) offered by SkillsPersonified, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
These terms apply to all individuals, corporate clients, educational institutions, trainers, partners, and employees engaging with SkillsPersonified.
2. Services & Content
- All training materials, content, resources, and intellectual property provided by SkillsPersonified are intended solely for personal and professional skill development.
- Users are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, republishing, or misusing any content without prior written consent from SkillsPersonified.
- The mode of delivery (live, recorded, online, offline, or hybrid) and schedules of programs may be modified as required, with reasonable prior notice.
3. Registration & Enrollment
- Enrollment is confirmed only after successful completion of registration, payment (where applicable), and explicit acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
- SkillsPersonified reserves the right to refuse, defer, or cancel any enrollment if the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
4. Fees & Payments
- All fees, applicable taxes, and payment schedules are communicated clearly at the time of enrollment.
- Payments made towards any program or service are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the Refund Policy.
- Delayed, partial, or failed payments may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of access to Services.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Access to on-demand, recorded, or self-paced courses is non-refundable once granted.
- For corporate training, institutional programs, or customized engagements, cancellation and refund terms shall be governed strictly by the mutually agreed contractual agreement.
6. Code of Conduct
All learners, corporate participants, trainers, and partners are expected to maintain professional conduct at all times. This includes:
- Showing respect towards trainers, peers, staff, and associated personnel.
- Avoiding disruptive, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory behavior.
- Refraining from sharing defamatory, unethical, or illegal content within any learning or communication platform.
Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in suspension or termination of access to Services without prior notice.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All training materials, documentation, presentations, videos, and digital assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of SkillsPersonified. Users must not:
- Sell, modify, distribute, or claim ownership of the content.
- Use the materials for commercial training, reselling, or third-party delivery without a formal licensing agreement.
8. Trainer & Employee Engagement
- Trainers and employees associated with SkillsPersonified are required to comply with internal HR policies, including confidentiality, ethical standards, and professional conduct guidelines.
- Employees are entitled to fair evaluation, transparent performance metrics, and applicable social and professional benefits in accordance with internal HR policies.
9. Amendments to Terms
SkillsPersonified reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any revisions become effective immediately upon publication on official platforms. Continued use of Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
